Concept & Design

  • 4. Layout Development: Creating multiple floor plan options for your approval.
  • 5. Design Brief: You fill out a brief to guide the 3D visualization process.
  • 6. Material Selection: Choosing all finishes from the renders. You review and approve the final selection.
  • 7. Technical Drawings: Detailed plans for electrical, plumbing, and furniture placement.

Construction & Renovation

  • 8. Property Handover: Professional inspection upon receiving your keys (fee refundable if you sign a renovation contract).
  • 9. Renovation Estimate: Detailed cost calculation (fee refundable if you sign a renovation contract).
